PERSONAL: Jeff Blaine Pickler...wife, Erica...1994 graduate of Foothill High School (CA)...attended the University of Tennessee from 1995-98, earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing; graduated magna cum laude and was named Scholar Athlete of the Year in 1998...attended National University from 2006-08, earning a Master's degree in Teaching and Learning.

COACHING CAREER HIGHLIGHTS: 2018 marks second season coaching at the professional Major League Coach and Coordinator of Major League Development, he oversees outfield instruction, advises all coaches and players on game preparation and strategy, and coordinates communication between the major leagues and player development.

PLAYING CAREER: Played eight seasons in the minor leagues; played in Milwaukee's (1998-2001), Texas' (2002-04) and Colorado's organizations (2005)...hit .299 (1023-for-3421) with 165 doubles, 23 triples, 15 home runs, 361 RBI and 525 runs scored in 904 career minor league games.

PROFESSIONAL: Selected by Milwaukee in 11th round of the 1998 First-Year Player Draft.
