Twins reinstate Diamond from disabled list and option Hendriks to Triple-A


The Minnesota Twins announced today that they have reinstated left-handed pitcher Scott Diamond from the 15-day disabled list.  Diamond had left elbow arthroscopy this past offseason.

To make room for Diamond on the 25-man roster, the Twins optioned right-handed pitcher Liam Hendriks to Triple-A Rochester.  Hendriks made two starts for the Twins this season.
