Twins outright Vance Worley to Triple-A


The Minnesota Twins announced today that right-handed pitcher Vance Worley cleared waivers and has been outrighted to Triple-A Rochester.

He pitched in four spring training games (3 starts), posting a record of 0-1, 13.50 ERA (10.2 IP, 16 ER) with five strikeouts and five walks.

The Twins now have 39 players in camp: 19 pitchers (4 non-roster), 4 catchers (1 non-roster), 9 infielders (3 non-roster) and 7 outfielders (2 non-roster). The overall 40-man roster is now at 39.
