Foot injury may hurt Vargas' roster chances

Kennys Vargas will get a second opinion on his left foot after taking a foul ball off it on Saturday, and his roster chances appear hurt as a result, leaving ByungHo Park as the favorite to be the Twins' Opening Day designated hitter.

Byung Ho Park...wife, Ji Yoon Yi...son, Seung Ri Park...attended Seong-Nam High School in Seoul, South Korea...played for South Korean under-18 national team and participated in the World Junior Baseball Championship in Taiwan, helping win the Bronze Medal along with current Pittsburgh Pirates infielder Jung Ho Kang.
